These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the takkan website and your purchases from takkan (“takkan”, “we”, “us”). By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order details, including size, colour, and delivery address, carefully before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we are unable to deliver to. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products, colours, and sizing as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
Prices are shown on the website and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees for international orders (see Shipping & Delivery below). Prices may be displayed in other currencies for your convenience; the amount charged and any exchange rate applied are confirmed at checkout and by your payment provider.
Pre-Orders
Selected sizes or colours may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items are paid in full at the time of purchase. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page and is an estimate only. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the whole order is shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. See our Pre-Order page for details.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which currently include QRIS, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Your Account
You can place an order as a guest or create an account, including by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or for fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the takkan name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, and graphics, belongs to takkan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to collect data or place orders, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, takkan is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be handled in good faith between the parties and, if unresolved, will be subject to the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
