Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your in-stock order to be processed before dispatch. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Indonesian public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within Indonesia are shipped via Lion Parcel, TIKI, or JNE. Available shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide via Lion Parcel, Rayspeed, and DHL Express. Available shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected service. International shipments may experience additional processing time due to customs clearance and local courier procedures.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be charged upon arrival.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country. As customs policies vary by country, takkan is unable to determine these charges in advance.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at contact@takkanofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the item.
